Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure I can offer the best service to all my clients, I kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following cancellation policy: Cancellation notice ~ I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the appointment time to other clients. ~Cancellations made with 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a 50% charge of the service cost. No show Policy ~If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Emergency Situations ~I understand that emergencies happen. If you're unable to keep your appointment due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you in such situations. Rescheduling ~If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellations fees I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
